Join our Future Leaders Graduate Program

ITW is the biggest company you’ve never heard of and offers great, varied career opportunities.

Location: Crawley, West Sussex / Glenrothes, Scotland / Middelfart, Denmark

What you will be doing

Do you aspire to be a business leader? We develop and invest in graduates who show ambition and potential for future leadership roles. Starting on a 2 year, commercially orientated graduate programme, followed by continued progression towards becoming a future leader in ITW.

Our programme is designed for graduates who have exceptional business acumen, drive and ambition to excel. Our organisation and graduate programme is ideal for those looking to embrace their inner entrepreneur to drive actions, focus on what matters and have an impact on the business.

You will have a comprehensive induction period in which you will learn about key functions in our business, be introduced to colleagues and ITW business philosophies. This is followed by two, 12-month placements: one in a commercial role, working with the sales & marketing teams and one at one of our manufacturing facilities, working with our production, engineering and distribution teams. Graduates will have the opportunity to take the lead on key challenges and projects, preparing for their first permanent role after the program and onwards to a future leadership role.

The closing date for applications is 31st December 2021. Short-listed applicants will first be asked to submit a short video response to set questions through our recruitment platform. The process then involves a telephone interview, psychometric assessment and finally an assessment centre. The assessment centres are planned for the end of February/beginning of March. Successful graduates will start with us around August/September 2022 (we can be flexible with the start date).

Commitment to Diversity

Here at ITW we are committed to ensuring we recruit the best people for our roles and welcome all candidates, wholly accepting of and celebrating diversity. As an employee for ITW you will work for a business that puts service delivery, inclusion and safety at its core and we have a number of employee resource groups in place to support this including Health & Safety forums, a Diversity & Inclusion Committee, ITW Women's Network, Young Professionals Network & Pride @ ITW.

What you will have

Requirements

You will hold a 2:1 Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in any subject. A committed, hardworking and proactive attitude is essential for this position, with an enthusiasm for learning and success. You will be someone who aspires to be a business leader one day and enthused by a commercially orientated graduate programme.

You must be willing to relocate. We have multiple offices in the south of England, Scotland and across Europe. Whilst most likely in our main Crawley or Glenrothes sites, placements could be at any one of our sites in the UK, Europe and potentially field based. Where there is a change of location between placements, reasonable relocation support is provided.
