What you will be doing
We are currently looking for an experienced Operations Co-ordinator to join our Camp.co.uk team (founders of Camp Thailand, Camp Bali, Camp Maldives and many other epic Camp locations!) - providing amazing cultural exchange experiences to young people all over the world. We’re all about providing exceptional travel experiences with the most unique tours and activities whilst also making a difference in local communities with English Teaching and Animal Conservation.
We’re seeking an experienced Operations Co-ordinator to sit within our expanding team, working alongside & overseeing the work of our other Operations Associates to ensure that our customer journeys are as smooth as possible from the moment they sign up to one of our programme’s, all the way to their trip departure.
What you will have
You have excellent communication skills.
You are a methodical mind to work several spreadsheets and CRMs.
You have the ability to remain organised & handle multiple tasks at once.
You are computer literate - excel, word and various CRM experience is highly preferred
You have experience working on phones and engaging with customers.You are comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.
What your day will look like
Key responsibilities include but are not restricted to:
You will report directly to your line manager with regards to pax numbers, passenger documentation, merchandise, managing customer payments etc.
You will provide detailed and informative Operations reports based on the above.
You will be working to ensure KPIs and targets are met.
You will oversee merchandise orders and liaising with our merchandise suppliers.
You will use a CRM to ensure pax numbers are constantly updated and accurate.You will stay on top of Payments & Payment Plans.
