The Talent Acquisition Team is an integral part of Incubeta’s success and growth. We are currently a team of three (two recruiters and a coordinator), and sit alongside HR and Learning and Development as part of a wider People Team.

About the role

We help Incubeta UK achieve it’s ambitions by hiring the right people and making sure the brand is well known in the marketplace.

A typical week will include things like taking briefings with internal stakeholders, sourcing candidates via referrals, networking, using our database and LinkedIn Recruiter, managing applications using our reduced-bias ATS and working on road map projects such as Employer Branding, candidate experience, improving systems and processes and market research.

We work very much as a team, we share resources and support each other to hit team-targets. You’ll have your own vacancies to work on, but the team always work collaboratively where possible.

We are growing rapidly as a company and new opportunities are always opening up, for example one of our team members who joined as a Talent Manager is now our DE&I Talent Director!

We have hit our last 4 bi-annual targets, and filled jobs internally in campaign delivery, account management, sales, marketing, finance, procurement, and analytics, all at varying levels.

About you

• You are passionate about recruitment and talent-acquisition, or maybe you're currently a Talent Acquisition coordinator or have recently started working in recruitment

• You want to work in a team-focussed environment

• You are organized and self-motivated

About the package

Incubeta pay industry benchmark salaries. Salary is reviewed on a regular basis and can increase as you progress along your career path. We also offer additional performance related bonuses, so we can be found above the industry benchmark on pay alone.

Our history

Incubeta was established in 2004, with Paid Search at the core of what we do. Today, we're an award-winning Digital Marketing agency, delivering Paid Search, Display Advertising and Social Media.

With over 10 years' experience of leading the field, as well as industry-leading relationships with companies like Google and Facebook, it's safe to say that, when it comes to advertising, we know our stuff.

Our Office

Our head offices, where you will be based, are above Old Street Tube Station so no long morning walks required. Twice a month we have company-wide lunch and breakfast delivered to the office, which gives us a chance to all sit together and chat.

We're particularly proud of our Sonos sound system in the office. Everyone can add songs to the playlist, so there’s never a shortage of good music playing while you work (as well as a few guilty pleasures).

Our awareness

We have a People and Culture committee who work on projects to improve on employee engagement. We introduced a measurement platform called Peakon this year which helps managers see where there are issues with their team members, and on a wider scale what needs to be done to improve employee satisfaction levels.

Earlier this year we had a Mental Health Awareness week. Up next is a Plastic Awareness Week, to raise awareness amongst the business of the scale of plastic we use and to kick start an Environmental Committee which will define the businesses Environmental Policy.
