What you will be doing

You'll start your journey with us with two weeks of intensive training, designed to help you develop all of the skills and knowledge needed to become an expert recruiter. After this, you'll be free to go out onto the floor and put this into practice, as your on-the-job training begins.

At every stage of your training, we will support you to become the best you can be. In fact, this personal development will continue throughout your entire career with us. Our dedicated Talent Academy offers over 100 training modules, delivered by internal and external experts, which employees can take advantage of. 

We will also provide you with fantastic opportunities to develop your professional network, through the world-class events and regular surveys that we deliver. 

Below, you'll find some of your day to day activities:

  • You will source and approach potential candidates in a telephone based environment, assessing their suitability against specific requirements
  • You will utilise our internal database, online job boards and social media to find high quality IT professionals
  • You will develop a solid understanding of technical terminology and environments
  • You will develop new and existing client relationships, engaging with hiring managers to promote our service offerings
  • You will have full accountability and freedom to build a successful specialism with the support of a global business and a passionate local team.

What you will have

We're not too concerned about what you studied or where. Instead, we're looking for someone who can demonstrate that they have drive. Whether you played a part in a society at university or you had a part time job while studying, we want to see evidence of your motivation to achieve. 

As well as this, you should be able to demonstrate the following:

  • You are competitive but also work well as part of a team
  • You are hungry for success and want to become an expert in your industry
  • You are driven to make money - this is key if you want to succeed in Recruitment.
