Support world leading organisations to recruit, source and manage talent as part of a truly global firm that will help you thrive.
You'll start your journey with us with two weeks of intensive training, designed to help you develop all of the skills and knowledge needed to become an expert recruiter. After this, you'll be free to go out onto the floor and put this into practice, as your on-the-job training begins.
At every stage of your training, we will support you to become the best you can be. In fact, this personal development will continue throughout your entire career with us. Our dedicated Talent Academy offers over 100 training modules, delivered by internal and external experts, which employees can take advantage of.
We will also provide you with fantastic opportunities to develop your professional network, through the world-class events and regular surveys that we deliver.
Below, you'll find some of your day to day activities:
We're not too concerned about what you studied or where. Instead, we're looking for someone who can demonstrate that they have drive. Whether you played a part in a society at university or you had a part time job while studying, we want to see evidence of your motivation to achieve.
As well as this, you should be able to demonstrate the following:
I get support from senior management... along with training and development packages, which are great.
Established in 1988, we help international organisations to find the talent they need to succeed in our competitive, technology driven world.
As a Recruitment company, we do things properly. Our reputation for professionalism and quality has been created from thousands of individual interactions between our people and clients and candidates. We invest in all of our employees to ensure they can be the best they can be and can deliver the best service possible. We take pride in the entrepreneurial environment we've cultivated, one which allows everyone to decide how they want their career to progress and gives them the tools and autonomy to achieve their goals.
We offer an exceptional package for staff, featuring: a great commission structure; regular incentive trips (both far off international breaks and trips to European cities); monthly lunch clubs for top performers and an annual award ceremony. The fact that we have over 40 global offices also means we can offer people opportunities to travel and relocate for work too.
Harvey Nash is an exciting place to work. Located in the City, our iconic building is home to the largest privately owned aquarium in Europe (it's so big that two attendants have to don diving suits to clean the tank twice a week). We also have a beach hut and hang out areas in our office too. On top of this, we hold a series of social events throughout the year, including an annual sleep out for charity, bake sales and Tough Mudder competitions, and we have a number of sports teams too, spanning from Netball to Cricket.
I've gone to the likes of Poland, Vietnam, Chicago and New York to work... It's something that not every company can offer.
It's not about throwing people in at the deep-end... It's about equipping any graduate we bring on board with the right skills and knowledge.
Having conquered the initial stages, you get to do a lot more interesting things, like going out to meet clients and winning new business.
I wanted to work with people, I wanted to work with clients and I wanted to work in a very social job, so I knew Recruitment would be good for me.
Established in 1988, we have supported many of the world’s leading organisations to recruit, source and manage the highly skilled talent they need to succeed.
Talent is the least tangible and most critical commodity an organisation can invest in. The Harvey Nash Group can provide a range of solutions that make this potentially complicated process easier.
We have three arms to our business: an Outsourcing division in Vietnam, our Recruitment division, operating across the world, and a Consultancy practice. There's real stability to Harvey Nash because of this.
We're always looking to grow, and as a graduate you'll be fuelling that growth. You'll have the chance to teach us new ways to work, and guide us along our future.
