Onwards to our company and culture…

We are Harvey Nash London

Established in 1988, we help international organisations to find the talent they need to succeed in our competitive, technology driven world.

Our Culture - What we do

We have cultivated an entrepreneurial start-up environment, where you can decide how you want your career to progress. Working alongside experienced colleagues means you’ll be learning from experts.

The lobby of our office building is home to the largest privately owned aquarium in Europe. In fact, it's so big that two full-time attendants don scuba diving suits to clean the tank twice a week.

We offer an exceptional package for staff, including: an exceptional salary commission structure, regular incentive trips (both far off international breaks and trips to European cities), monthly lunch clubs for top performers, an annual award ceremony, an annual charity sleep out for charity, ‘Byte Night’, regular bake sales, Tough Mudder competitions, cycling competitions and more. Plus, we have sports teams including Netball and Cricket.

We do things properly. Our reputation for professionalism and quality has been created from thousands of individual experiences and interactions between our people and their client and candidate communities. If you want to learn from the best, we will invest in you throughout your career and to be the best at making you more successful.

David Savage, Associate Director

Established in 1988, we have supported many of the world’s leading organisations to recruit, source and manage the highly skilled talent they need to succeed.

Talent is the least tangible and most critical commodity an organisation can invest in. The Harvey Nash Group can provide a range of solutions that make this potentially complicated process easier.

We have three arms to our business: an Outsourcing division, a Recruitment division and a Consultancy practice. There's real stability to Harvey Nash because of this.

We're always looking to grow, and as a graduate you'll be fuelling that growth. You'll have the chance to teach us new ways to work, and guide us along our future.
