What you will be doing

Are you an intelligent, high-energy graduate looking for a fast paced environment and career path that exceeds most graduate schemes? You should read on.

A career in conference production means you are responsible for understanding what a conference audience wants to learn about (market research). Once you have developed the agenda, you will be inviting the best speakers that can help solve our audience’s problems (product development).

  • You will conduct phone-based research to understand the needs of your audience
  • You will become the project manager for your event working closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure the event is a commercial success
  • You will develop new conferences through a process of researching, agenda writing and securing speakers
    You will use a mixture of commercial awareness and creativity to develop the event agenda
    You will invite and influence industry leaders, convincing them to speak at your conference
    You will brief marketing, sales and operations teams to help them drive revenue on your conference
    You will travel internationally to help lead and run the conference on the day
