What you will be doing

You’ll be responsible for creating world class events focused on the HR industry across 10 industry sectors. No previous exposure to or interest in HR is necessary to succeed in this role, but an interest in business and commercial curiosity is vital.

This is a no-day-the-same, fast-paced role which requires solving complex challenges and working to tight deadlines. You will have the opportunity to be creative and demonstrate entrepreneurial flair.

This is a business research and project management role where you will communicate with senior business leaders over email and by phone across a range of industry sectors throughout the week.

This role offers the opportunity to accelerate your career rapidly, travel internationally and gain a strong understanding of how the commercial world works and will set you up for a career like few other roles.

  • You will have sole responsibility for conference agenda creation and speaker recruitment
  • You will conduct phone research with senior level executives to understand critical business issues
  • You will guide the sales and marketing campaigns and manage the profitability of each event
  • You will project manage and deliver for key deadlines for each event

What you will have

We’re looking for intellectually curious and commercially minded graduates who have a track record of high performance and can stand out from the crowd to join our best-in-class commercial conference production team.

  • You are degree educated with a minimum 2:1 qualification
  • You are comfortable with high levels of phone activity speaking to business leaders
  • You have the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • You have the intelligence and confidence to think on their feet and make decisions in a fast- paced environment
