You will support young people with complex learning difficulties and disabilities. Providing first class support for learners to develop education, communication, social, emotional and personal skills to assist with their preparation into adulthood. You will also support the Provision centres with delivering wholly personalised study programmes, designed to support each one of their learners to achieve their full potential.
What you will have
The person & qualifications
• Previous experience working in a range of settings supporting young people with complex learning difficulties and disabilities
• Knowledge of SEND and the Education, Health, Care process will be an advantage
• An enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check is required for this role
