Be an Account Manager

Build strong relationships with a broad range of clients and sell creative solutions based on your exceptional knowledge of the GradTouch client portfolio.

 

Location: Manchester or London

What you will be doing

As an Account Manager it will be your responsibility to ensure that every one of our clients’ needs are met and they feel well looked after. You will proactively seek new business opportunities whilst looking after the day to day management of your designated client portfolio.

You will manage the administrative side of the Account Management with exceptional detail, ensuring that wider stakeholders within the business have access to all of the relevant information to expertly execute the campaigns you and the wider Account Management team bring to the table.

You will be supported by the Managing Director and Head of Client Services in pitching the GradTouch offering and creative solutions to prospective clients and will be able to articulate creative solutions with unwavering confidence.

  • You will manage your area of the GradTouch client portfolio, ensuring that campaigns are running smoothly and clients are delighted with the management they receive alongside our Campaign Manager
  • You will proactively seek out new business with the full support of the sales team and feel confident in making suggestions for new ideas and creative executions to your designated client portfolio
  • You will ensure your admin is kept to an exceptional standard so that all stakeholders within GradTouch can access all relevant information for campaign

What you will have

This role requires you to be highly organised, confident and proactive, with an ability to think laterally and oversee multiple tasks at once.

We’re looking for someone with burning ambition to work in the advertising industry and to grow within a business with huge ambition. Somebody with the skillset to present creative concepts with confidence to senior stakeholders within our client portfolio and someone with exceptional relationship building skills. Ideally you’ll have at least 1-2 years’ experience working in sales. Being from a degree course where presenting concepts and ideas to audiences or peer groups would be highly advantageous.
