What you will be doing

We are looking for ambitious, talented self-starters to join our growing team.

From your first day as part of our team you will be given all the necessary tools and training to achieve your ambitions. Throughout your career you will receive support and will be given a solid pathway to becoming a Consultant in one of our medical divisions. 

Successful consultants will also be eligible for our Graduate Management Programme, where we’ll invest in you to make you one of our future Divisional Managers.

  • You will receive one-to-one job training in Healthcare Recruitment 
  • You will liaise with our specialist candidates
  • You will resource suitable vacancies
  • You will work closely with a designated mentor who will help fast track your career in recruitment
  • You will attend conferences in the UK and overseas, visit clients in locations across the UK
  • You will attend after work events we organise throughout the year

What you will have

We are keen to receive applications from both recent and experienced graduates who have already worked within Sales/ Recruitment/ Health sectors.

Successful applicants will show a strong desire to work in a fast paced, high energy and vibrant environment that really does reward you on an uncapped basis for the work you put in.

  • You have three A-levels
  • You have minimum B in GCSE maths and English
  • You have a 2:2 degree or above in any discipline
  • You have previous sales related experience
  • You are ambitious
  • You are financially driven
  • You are a talented communicator
  • You are capable of delivering excellent customer service in a target-driven role
