We are Global

Home to some of the UK's best loved radio brands, we are obsessed with music and entertainment. Welcome to our world.

Our Culture - What we do

At Global, the media & entertainment group, we are led by our audiences. We make it our purpose to connect our passionate audiences to advertisers through the power of music and entertainment, and we are looking for the brightest and best graduates who, like us, have bags of passion.

Our business has four core pillars: broadcast; mobile; social and live. Our brands include Capital, Heart and Classic FM together with Capital XTRA, LBC, Smooth, Radio X and Gold, and we reach 29 million people every week across our brands and pillars.

We have multi-award winning teams, and are continually developing and innovating within the industry. We've launched Popbuzz, Wetheunicorns and DAX, our digital audio platform which unites the UK’s and Europe’s fast growing digital audio listeners.

Our home is London’s vibrant Leicester Square, in the heart of the West End. We’re the envy of our neighbours and competitors with state of the art offices, our very own barista, a restaurant serving tasty food and a gorgeous roof terrace with seriously awesome views of the capital.

Our people are at the heart of everything we do. We work hard, play hard and pride ourselves on always having the courage to do it differently. We’re not fans of conventional thinking – we live to be inspired by our audiences and continually innovate. Our culture of obsession drives our business forward and our people bust a gut to deliver the biggest things to the tiniest details.
