We understand that the Tech sector needs to retain, attract and build a talent pool that will fill the jobs of today and tomorrow. We especially understand the importance of increasing the number of opportunities for women in IT. We recognise that a gender-diverse leadership team is more likely to innovate and aim to build on these opportunities year on year.
"We want to see your personality come out... Where does your passion for IT lie?"

I’ve had a great opportunity to work with a massive global organisation… getting the chance to travel all across Europe.
Here at FDM, we create and inspire exciting careers; whilst primarily for graduates this also includes ex-Forces personnel and returners to work.
Thanks to this , the variety of experience in our office is something we are rightly proud of - we don't have to try to be diverse, it's in our DNA.
