Become a Tax Technology and Transformation Graduate

Transform our client’s tax, finance and operations functions through Tax technology advice and implementation support. And embark on a career journey you can own, shape and grow.

What you will be doing

Our Tax, Technology and Transformation (TTT) area is becoming more and more relevant for our clients and their businesses. The world of tax is evolving as authorities pursue a digital agenda. And it’s up to us to collaborate with clients as they navigate this next phase in the digital era. It’s a global challenge – one that you’ll enjoy solving as a member of our team. On our graduate programme, you’ll work on high-profile top-tier client projects as soon as you step through our doors (or start work through our hybrid format). You’ll explore how we help clients adapt to a rapidly changing environment. And you’ll welcome the challenges that come with assessing new, large scale, complex and data-intensive tax regimes.

  • You will be specialising in Tax Technology, but also working in different areas of tax such as Indirect Tax or Operational Tax.
  • You will be helping clients design their ways of operating and managing compliance.
  • You will be building bespoke technology solutions.
  • You will be assisting in the successful delivery of tax projects, ensuring technical excellence and business-driven approach.
  • You will be delivering high-quality projects and advice to our clients.
You will be building relationships both within the firm and externally with clients.

What you will have

We operate an open access policy, meaning we don’t screen out applications on your academic performance alone. You will, however, need to be working towards an honour’s degree in any subject, have a minimum of grade 4/C GCSE (or equivalent) in English Language and Maths, and three A-levels/Five Highers (or equivalent).

We welcome applications from all academic backgrounds and are looking for people who will succeed at EY today and tomorrow. That's why, through our recruitment process, your academic performance will be considered against your online assessment scores to determine your suitability for an EY role. We’re also proud to partner with RARE recruitment, so that your application can be processed in the context of your socio-economic background.
