What you will be doing

Ideal for female students in their first year of university, or in the second year of a four-year course, considering their career options.

At the end of the programme you’ll be given personalised career counselling to help you decide where you want to go next and if everything works out well, you could even secure a job here after you graduate

  • You will choose a placement within Assurance, Tax or Transactions
  • You will be inspired, and shadow, inspirational women
  • You will provide support on real client work
  • You will hear about what we’re doing to promote gender equality

Entry requirements: You’ll need to have obtained a minimum of Level 2 GCSE (or equivalent) in English Language and Maths as well as three A-levels, 5 Highers or equivalent.
