What you will be doing

Across a day, you’ll take part in workshops, panel events and discussions featuring high-achieving women from across EY. As well as learning about their stories, you’ll pick up great advice to help you sculpt your own career.

There’ll also be Q&As with our people and networking events. If you make a great impression, you may get the chance to be fast-tracked onto one of our summer internships or industrial placements.

All your travel and accommodation will be paid for.

What you will have

You will need to be in your first year of a three-year course, or your second year of a four-year course, at university.

You’ll also need to have obtained a minimum of Level 2 GCSE (or equivalent) in English Language and Maths as well as three A-levels, 5 Highers or equivalent.
