Our undergraduate programmes are designed to give you a true feel for the working world. Join us from one day, one week, six weeks or one year and learn more about EY and where you could fit in here.

Meet Ushana - Tax Graduate Programme


What you will be doing

Join us for panel discussions, Q&As with our people, interactive workshops and more. You’ll learn about our opportunities and get the chance to be fast-tracked onto one of our summer internships. We run two programmes; Black Heritage in Business and Women in Business.

At the end of the programme you’ll be given personalised career counselling to help you decide where you want to go next and if everything works out well, you could even secure a job here after you graduate

For all programmes you’ll need to have obtained a minimum of Level 2 GCSE (or equivalent) in English Language and Maths as well as three A-levels, 5 Highers or equivalent.

  • Summer Internship Programmes Six weeks of paid work experience that offers real insights into graduate life at EY.
  • • Choose a placement within Assurance, Actuarial, Consulting, Tax or Transactions

  • Entry Requirements   
  • You can apply for this programme if you’re in your penultimate year at university or, if you’re already in your final year but will be doing a one-year master’s degree or taking a gap year. For some of our programmes, you’ll need to be studying an honours degree in any subject, while others will require a subject relevant to your business area.
  • Industrial Placement Programmes Industrial Placement Programmes: A one-year paid placement that gives you the opportunity to apply your knowledge and insights to the working world.

  • Leading Women Programmes One week of paid work experience within one of our service line teams, across the UK, shadowing inspirational senior women.
