Could you help drive the growth of a tuition centre? At Explore Learning, our mission is to change children’s lives by nurturing the skills and attitudes to become fearless learners. We are looking for passionate and inspiring people to lead and manage our vibrant tuition centres, and make a difference to the children that attend.

What you will be doing

During a typical day at Explore, you can expect to find yourself doing a huge range of things to ensure you achieve your ultimate goal of centre growth.

Once you have developed into a top performing Assistant Director, you have the opportunity to be promoted to a Centre Director! Further along in your career you may even work as part of our Head Office team; over 75% of our Head Office team started our as Assistant Directors or Tutors.

  • Sales & Marketing You’ll be an ambassador for your centre and the business, taking every opportunity to promote the benefits of our tuition
  • Education You will impact children’s learning every day – nurturing the next generation of fearless learners.
  • Leadership You’ll create an inspiring environment for your team, developing them to be the best they can be.
  • Customer Service You'll build long lasting relationships with the families that attend your centre and impact children’s learning every day.

What you will have

As an Assistant Director, you will:

• Be a confident communicator with the ability to build strong relationships with children and adults.

• Show drive and ambition, embracing new challenges and showing resilience.

• Be passionate about education and committed to getting it right for every child.

Hours: Our staff are there to support our members after school and at the weekends. You'll be working a mixture of 11am-8pm in the week, and 9am to 6pm at the weekend.

Celebrations – We love any opportunity for a get together and every year we host a glamorous Recognition Awards Dinner (the RADs). We celebrate the previous year’s achievements in style; our black tie event includes a 3 course meal, DJ & dancing and our Recognition Awards ceremony. You’ll also spend time celebrating with your region and centre team throughout the year. Our teams do everything from pub quizzes, crazy golf and bowling to team brunches, rounders competitions and summer BBQs.

Quarterly Competitions – Every quarter, we be reward the region that has had the biggest impact on their membership growth . The winning region celebrates in style with a bumper regional social budget to spend how they wish!
