The Commercial Trainee Programme is an 18-month training scheme designed to transform you into a highly competent Sales Consultant.
During the programme you will undertake a blended approach of classroom and on-the-job training, for which you will be assessed at every stage to ensure your success. You will receive regular feedback, support, coaching and mentoring throughout.
Upon successful completion, you will receive a £4,000 pay rise and a well-earned place in the company as a highly competent Sales professional. There is also an opportunity to be fast-tracked into a Senior Sales Consultant role.

As well as holding a minimum of a 2:1 degree in any discipline, you will possess a personal drive and ambition to achieve the best results for our clients, our colleagues and the company.
