What you will be doing
During the programme, you’ll gain knowledge and experience to build your understanding of our business, our customers, and the wider insurance industry. You’ll work in up to four different rotations, including embracing at least one customer-facing placement within one of our inspirational contact centres. In addition, you could be working in Risk, HR, Finance, Commercial or other areas. Plus, we’ll support you as you study towards gaining a CII qualification. From day one, you’ll be encouraged, supported and listened to. You’ll take ownership of dynamic projects – and enjoy on-the-job training and workshops, to develop your skills and gain optional qualifications. You will be constantly assessed throughout the programme and if you shine you'll have the chance to move into a permanent position… so could this be your launchpad to the very top of DLG.
What we'll give you
It all starts with an ambitious £28,150 base salary which will grow as you do – with an annual pay increase on the anniversary of your start date. A £2,500 joining bonus and you'll enjoy 25 days’ holiday with the option to buy or sell up to five days. What’s more, your benefits are flexible.
What you will have
We’re looking for Graduates with a 2:1 degree in any discipline, with the potential to become one of the future leaders of our growing organisation in the insurance industry. We want you to be able to relate, by being self and socially aware, be a complex and creative thinker and have the resilience and self-efficiency to deliver on what's needed. We need someone who can see new and different possibilities and who can take a collaborative approach. We also need flexibility, as you may need to relocate up to 4 times during the rotational programme, so you're able to experience more of our teams and engaging offices across the UK.

You'll build relationships with our current leaders and the diverse people who already make our team a success. They in turn will help you flourish in the role, by nurturing your potential and giving you the tools to shine.
