What you will be doing

We currently have an opportunity for an Administrator to join our Team based in Battersea London. The Administrator will primarily be responsible for providing sales support to a small team of sales people and liaison with customers via the telephone.

  • You will create and maintain roll out installations trackers for installing and deploying new business
  • You will administer the subcontractor payment system - raising purchase orders and coding of contractor invoices
  • You will provide telephone support to internal and external customers
  • You will respond to Internal and External customers’ queries and requests for service and during rollouts
  • You will collate and file all completed installation documentation from the field teams and Engineers
  • You will collate and file all completed installation documentation from the field teams and Engineers
  • You will liaise internally to ensure the accurate flow of communication throughout the company

What you will have

Along with the qualities listed below, we're also looking for a graduate with the same passion we have for the environment, who will fit in with our close knit team in Battersea. 

  • You have proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • You have strong excel skills
  • You have efficent typing and word processing skills
  • You have a natural ability to multi-task and prioritise work
  • You have good written and oral communication skills
  • You have previous experience in a sales support function
  • You have awareness of chemical sales and / or manufacturing organisations
