Build a vast professional network and grow your business experience with the UK's leading ecological cleaning brand.
Joining our Clapham office, you'll be trusted to drive our sales and give informed, trusted technical advice to the broad range of customers using our ecological cleaning products. There will be the chance to travel around the UK and meet with current and prospective customers to inform them about our services, as well as educating them about key environmental issues.
You will be supported at every step by a dedicated mentor and be a part a fun team, who all work hard to support our clients and develop our brand.
There's plenty to learn and huge opportunities to grow here. We're a smaller team yet we have a big business, which means you get the best of both worlds: great hands-on experience, support and real business-wide insight, as well as the chance to develop quickly and influence in the industry.
We're ideally looking for someone that has experience in Sales or has worked in an office before. However, if this is one of your first jobs then that's okay - just let us know why you think you are prepared to join us.
As well as this, we look for the following:
The environmentally-friendly manufacturer that's making our planet a cleaner, and greener, place to live.
We are the UK's leading manufacturer of ecological cleaning products. Serving everyone from universities to large catering companies, we're now on a mission to become the world leader within the market.
We aim to offer the best possible solutions to customers, while maintaining our eco-friendly values. We make products that minimise waste, pollution and natural resource depletion at every stage. We also challenge everyone to think about these issues and try to inspire an informed discussion on these topics, leading to even better solutions for future generations.
We're a small team, offering lots of room for growth. We have a level structure, as opposed to managerial hierarchy, so this is a great environment for a self-starter who wants to seize the bull by the horns. We admire people who challenge how things are done, who pitch in to help our young business to grow, and who lead us to success through sales and advocacy. We do not micro-manage: we like our employees to manage their own responsibilities, as well as asking for help when they may need it. In return, they benefit from being part of a supportive team, as well as receiving bonuses too.
We certainly put in the hard graft but our Clapham office is far from formal. We enjoy having pizza or Chinese food at our Friday meetings, a beer at the end of the day and every so often we go to the pub after work. We also have two 'office dogs' who visit us sometimes and we have normal chairs or yoga balls to sit on – whichever you prefer. Plus, we're flexible when you need time off, and open to any ideas that you put forward about making this an even better place to work.
The company is solely focused on environmental issues... There are very few companies that can actually claim that.
