What you will be doing

Designed for penultimate year undergraduates or those going on to complete a Masters, this three- to six-week placement will give you a true insight into what a career at Deloitte could mean for you. You’ll be doing real work from day one, helping solve complex client problems. Discover what excites and interests you. Impress us and you could end up with a permanent role here when you graduate.

Real Estate

Combining property expertise with financial and business advice makes Deloitte’s Real Estate offering truly unique. From regenerating the Olympic Park, to advising the most influential businesses in the world on their property portfolios, or planning a new town or transport system. The full spectrum of services we offer means you’ll gain experience across every sector and industry. You’ll develop the skills needed to provide consultative and transaction services, as well as a variety of specialist advice to your clients across the UK and abroad. You’ll help clients with everything from buying and selling property for investment purposes to preparing planning applications and managing commercial real estate. You’ll help clients with everything from buying and selling property, to preparing planning applications and creating spaces where people want to work.

What you will have

In order to apply, you need to be either in your penultimate year of a fully RTPI accredited undergraduate degree, and due to graduate in 2021 with a predicted 2:1, OR in your final year of any undergraduate degree, with a predicted 2:1 and plans to study an RTPI accredited Master's degree (which you will have completed by Autumn 2021).

In addition, you will also need to have achieved at least 104 UCAS points (260 UCAS points pre-2017) for your A levels (or equivalent), and at least a grade 4 (C) in English language and at least a grade 6 (B) in Maths in your GCSEs (or equivalent).
