We live and work in rapidly evolving times. Technology is transforming how we all interact and the way businesses fundamentally operate. Political and economic uncertainty is high on everyone’s agenda. So too is the relationship between society and business, as corporate crises escalate. All of this is being played out on a global stage. For every organisation, failure to navigate uncertainty can be, at best disruptive, at worst devastating. We’re here to help our clients anticipate change and take action to ensure their success. In the past, this meant advising our clients and helping them comply with regulations and best practice. Now, you’ll also transform the way they work; you’ll help define their future, providing risk solutions that drive better performance, as well as promoting social responsibility.
At Deloitte we foster a collaborative culture where talented individuals can produce their best work. We value innovative thinking, diverse insights and a genuinely distinctive level of customer service. We value difference, with respect at the heart of our inclusive culture, and we support agile working arrangements. Hear from some of our people already working at Deloitte in agile ways. We are proud to have earnt a Top 10 place on the 2018 list of Top 30 Employers for Working Families for the eighth consecutive year, and to have been listed in The Times Top 50 Employers for Women for each of the last four years.
You will need to be in your penultimate year at university studying towards at least a 2:1 in any degree discipline and due to graduate in September 2021, as well as achieved at least 104 UCAS points (260 UCAS points pre-2017) for your A levels (or equivalent), and at least a grade 4 (C) in English language and at least a grade 6 (B) in Maths in your GCSEs (or equivalent).
