The aim of the programme is to produce high quality leaders, who will be the operational managers of the future. It is a 2-year programme, starting every September, which rotates both nationally and internationally.
You can expect at least three placements across the UK between our different divisions (Rail Infrastructure, Rail Services or Rail Urban), where you will be led by one of our Senior Managers and play a vital role in delivering some of our high-profile projects.
Every rotation will provide you with invaluable management and business experience, and we provide support and mentoring throughout the programme and beyond to help you achieve success.
In the second year of the programme, there is also a limited number of opportunities for high performers to work in Malaysia and Vietnam.
We currently have opportunities available for graduates to join the following offices: Birmingham, Brentwood, Bristol, Cardiff, Dartford, London, Manchester, Rugby, Tonbridge and York.
We are looking for bright, enthusiastic people, with at least a 2:1 from a reputable University and the ability and drive to stand out, demonstrated by internships, university successes or extracurricular activities.
We are happy to receive applications from graduates in any discipline. Examples of our past graduates have included: Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and others), Business Management, Mathematics, Geography and Quantity Surveying.

We are working on some incredibly exciting projects, including our £400 million project to regenerate Waterloo – the busiest station in Europe – over the next three years.
