Become a Onboarding Executive

Actively support the Head of Compliance in the monitoring of all new app-users to ensure they are “work-ready”

Location: Manchester

What you will be doing

The Onboarding Executive will consistently perform at the highest possible standard across a number of core responsibilities, to include:

  • You will monitor all Compliance communication channels, internal and external and respond accordingly to all enquiries
  • You will work closely with all teams to drive continuous improvement with all systems and processes utilised for all compliance processes
  • You will process and monitor the background checks for all new workers according to the standards required
  • You will monitor and action ‘Right to Work’ and ‘licence’ expiry dates for all workers
  • You will become a subject matter expert to colleagues and workers for onboarding enquiries

What you will have

  • You have excellent attention to detail and organisation skills, the ability to multi-task is essential
  • You have excellent communication skills – verbal and written
  • You have the ability to problem solve, make informed decisions and prioritise work
  • You have experience of using multiple tech platforms simultaneously
  • You have knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
    You have experience of checking and advising on right to work and proof of ID (desirable)
    You have experience of processing background checks to BS7858 (security specific) (desirable)
