What you will be doing
The role of Community Engagement Executive is integral at Broadstone, as we're a community driven marketplace. The role will be diverse, filled with many different tasks and feeding into different stakeholders of the company.
You will be part of the wider community operations team inc. conducting on-boarding calls and courses, and generally understanding their needs
You will take ownership of the customer's requirements - whether that be posting roles on their behalf, resolving invoice issues, scheduling shifts and communicating with job seekers
You will work with a diverse set of stakeholders such as engineering, community operations, and marketing departments
Some weekend work will be required when demands peak, but hours will be paid back in lieu
