What you will be doing

As a Recruiting Coordinator in our London office, you will support our talent marketing recruitment efforts, including end-to-end candidate management from identification through the hiring process. This unique opportunity will give you exposure to lateral recruitment and will put you on a path for an ambitious career trajectory within the recruiting industry. Our most successful people embrace a 'whatever-it-takes' mantra and relish the opportunity to roll up their sleeves to achieve team goals. We are looking for a confident candidate who has an interest in human capital and is looking to work in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and support the recruitment process.

• Serve as the direct point of contact for all candidates, managing communications and guiding them throughout the duration of their interview process, with a strong focus on providing a strong candidate experience.

• Source and screen candidates for multiple requisitions.

• Schedule phone, virtual and onsite interviews for recruiters and hiring managers - manage job postings, assemble interview packets, process reimbursements, prepare offer letters and send new hire packets.

• Maintain applicant tracking data and report on hiring results and recruitment metrics.

• Participate in ad hoc projects across campus marketing and recruitment teams.

• Partner with Professional Development to ensure candidates receive all relevant onboarding information.

 

What you will have

AlphaSights welcomes candidates with different backgrounds and experiences. Here are some qualities that many of our successful applicants possess:

  • You have Bachelor's degree, with strong academic credentials and noteworthy extracurricular leadership.
    You have 0-1 years work experience, ideally with a demonstrated interest or background in recruitment or human capital. 
    You have the ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
  • You have strong oral and written communication skills.
  • You have excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
