Graduate Marketing Executive Croft, Leicestershire

What you will be doing

The purpose of this role is to support the delivery of the business’s sales and marketing strategy. Over the first year, you will gain exposure to the business from the bottom up, learning about our products and services whilst holding real responsibility from day one. You will also benefit from training to develop your skills in SEO, copywriting, digital marketing and social media management.

You can expect to oversee the following marketing functions:

• Implementation of the marketing plan

• Social Media

• Internal CRM system and Business Database

• Online and offline marketing campaigns

• Website content

• Internal Communications

  • You will run Google Analytics reports, with support from our Training Academy
  • You will support the Sales Team with marketing collateral
  • You will create online content for our website using the Wordpress Content Management System
  • You will use MailChimp to deliver email marketing campaigns
  • You will take responsibility for any ad hoc filming and photography as required
  • You will have the opportunity to be involved with event management as required.

What you will have

Academically, we are looking for CCC (or higher) at A-level and a 2:2 degree (or higher) from a marketing or business-related background, although other degree types such as English or Psychology will also be considered. We also require at least 12 months' experience within a marketing role, whether professionally or through your extra-curricular achievements.

The Assessment Process will take place in January and February 2018, with the role starting in March 2018.
