Our Graduate Academy is for those who have a passion for people and networking. During the first 12 months you will learn how to master the candidate aspect - searching core skill sets, competency interviewing, building relationships and managing the candidate through the interview process with our clients. Thereafter you will work with new clients, delivering our full services to them in a consultancy role.
We expect a lot from our people – but tend to attract and retain individuals who expect a lot from their careers too. Whilst there is no set formula for what makes a successful Trainee, an interest in business and commerce, the ability to communicate intelligently and articulately at all levels, and a passion for people and networking are all a great start.
You must have strong English language skills to apply for this role, as clear communication underpins all duties and responsibilities.

Gary Noble and James Tucker identified a gap in the market where procurement and supply chain was becoming high on the strategic agenda in the FTSE 100 arena, and so 1st Executive was born.

Not happy with being the best in our sector, we are beginning a new marketing plan that aims to start conversations and cement our status as a thought-leader within the industry.
