Last year, we grew by 100 per cent and we hope to grow by a further 100 per cent in the next financial year too. Our aim is to attract the brightest graduates in the UK and develop them into highly productive, valued and rewarded members of the team.
It's not all hard work: we have a ‘wrap-up’ followed by drinks at the end of every month. These are usually themed and attended by almost everyone in the organisation.
It does depend on how well we have done that month/quarter, but previous nights out have included Go-Karting, Bowling and a trip to the Casino.
