Our vision is to become the global leader in youth travel, delivering an amazing product and unforgettable experiences for our passengers all over the world. We bring young people aged 18 - 30 together on their trip of a lifetime, anywhere from New Zealand to North Africa
With a variety of adventures taking place across the year, we cover more destinations than you can poke a selfie stick at - these include larger-than-life Eurotrips, big game safaris, American road trips, sailing voyages and other global adventures.

We are proud to say that people work hard to support each other here: our office is open-plan and there is a sense of equality across the whole business, from our Managing Director through to brand new interns.
As well as travel, we're also passionate about food! On one day in 2016 we served 4,950 plates of food - 8kg of cheese fondue was eaten in Switzerland and 980 macaroons were served under the Eiffel Tower.

Topdeck Travel is about bringing travel dreams and experiences to life. We connect travellers from different cultures, journeys and background across the globe every day.
To achieve this, we have a fantastic global SWOT team working with us across the world, from New Zealand to South Africa to Europe and beyond.
In 2016 we had 45,000 young travellers journey with us - by 2021, we aim to bring this figure to 100,000.
