TheMediaPeople are a young, growing media agency dedicated to excellence across both Traditional and Digital Media channels. Our name comes from the two pillars of our business: whilst planning and buying for both online and offline Media is our core offering, we place people and the relationships that we build with clients at the top of our priority list.
Our vision is to be distinctly different from the rest. We are a brave business, using our many years of industry experience from various fields and disciplines to be the best in our field of expertise.
Our team are united by their passion for media and client delivery: for new graduates joining the business who share this passion, there is plenty of room for growth here. If you are interested in a particular subject, we'll support you to learn and grow your expertise within that area.
Personal development is very important to us - to ensure this, we review everyone's progress regularly to help focus and grow the personal skills within the team. Promotions and pay rises are given when deserved, rather than unnecessarily waiting a whole year to review. The harder you work, the more you will reap the reward and the further you will progress as a result.
We have a very supportive, “family feel” environment within our office – it's what helps us to collaborate and deliver exceptional work to our clients on time and within budget.
Our quarterly meetings happen over company breakfast and allow us to step back, celebrate our achievements over the past three months and look to the future. It’s an opportunity for everyone to contribute to the vision and growth of TheMediaPeople.
Celebrating the end of the week is a big event in our office - we have a drinks trolly that is kept fully stocked, ready for the moment when we can all let our hair down and enjoy time together away from our desks.
On a day-to-day basis, if you enjoy your tunes while you work then you'll fit right in - ask our resident DJ Hannah nicely and she might even play your favourite song...
