The Juice Academy is a Digital Marketing Apprenticeship programme, and the brainchild of Tangerine Communications. With 15 years in the creative industry and a number of training programmes under their belt, this Manchester-based team knows a thing or two about finding and nurturing talent.

Having trained over 300 apprentices, The Juice Academy is the first industry-led, social media apprenticeship of its kind in the UK.

The course has recently taken its current form of an 15-month apprenticeship.

Through this apprenticeship, businesses get the opportunity to invest in budding talent across the North West, and young people have a chance to work with some of the UK’s biggest brands including Social Chain, JW Lees, GM Police, Prolific North and Manchester Airport.

The programme begins with a unique recruitment process, including a "boot camp" day for the employers to select their apprentice out of up to 50 candidates.

The majority of course tutors are Tangerine employees, along with regular guest speakers such as Google Expert Susan Dolan, or key business leaders from our partners. We work closely with other regional initiatives, such as Northcoders, and support the development and growth of new talent across the region.
