What we're all about
Tempo is an end-to end hiring platform connecting tens of thousands of candidates to non-technical roles with the fastest growing companies in the world.
We launched our MVP in May 2017 with a rag-tag bunch of development superstars. Two and a half years later we now have 65,000 candidates and 2,500 companies on the platform and work with the likes of Monzo, Uber, Bulb and BCG.
By using video and machine learning to streamline the hiring process, we reduce time to hire to a matter of days whilst reducing costs by 65%. We provide the tools to make both hiring and the job hunt hassle-free and exciting.
We are a young, diverse team with a breadth of experience.
Having worked at a variety of cool companies such as BBC, Sky, KPMG, Bain and Perkbox, each member of the team brings something different to the table. Not only do we work hard, but we like to have a laugh too, in particular at our monthly socials and weekly football matches.
