What we're all about
Since launch in May 2017 the platform has been used by some of the boldest brands in the world, including the likes of Monzo, Boston Consulting Group and Babylon Health, and we’ve built a candidate community of more than 40,000 people.
Tempo has created an end-to end hiring platform that encompasses sourcing, screening and interviewing. Using video and machine learnings to streamline the process, we have slashed the average time-to-hire to just 3 days whilst reducing costs by 65%.

We are a young, diverse team with a breadth of experience.
Having worked at a variety of cool companies such as BBC, Sky, KPMG, Bain and Perkbox, each member of the team brings something different to the table. Not only do we work hard, but we like to have a laugh too, in particular at our monthly socials and weekly football matches.
