What we do
Society aims to be the Executive Search firm of choice for responsible businesses and purpose-driven organisations. Our goal is quite simply to change the world for the better – one appointment at a time.
We work on a retained basis for an international client portfolio, including companies with strong Corporate Social Responsibility agendas, social enterprises, charities, universities, public sector bodies and schools.
Our Location
Our London office is based in Hatton Garden. We’re within easy walking distance of several Underground stations and Oxford Street.

Investing in graduates
Our structured training programme for new grads allows them to learn the key techniques and processes to be an effective headhunter while taking on responsibility at an early stage. We also give grads an annual volunteering entitlement to support a community project of their choice.
Our plans for the future
Since setting up the firm in 2009, we have sought to be a disruptive and positive influence on the wider executive search sector. Society’s colleagues have a set of strongly-shared values and adhere to the highest ethical principles. We’re a close-knit team and our office culture is genuinely friendly and welcoming.
Looking forward, we have big plans for Society’s future. We already have an office in New York, which one of our Researchers helped to set up during a three month secondment. We envisage doing something similar in Australia soon. These developments should create exciting opportunities for interested colleagues to gain experience of living and working overseas.
