Netsource has a wealth of experience providing a specialist contract recruitment service to the telecoms, finance and utility sectors for over 20 years.
We have came a long way since 1996, growing rapidly and expanding our services throughout the UK and into Europe. Establishing a strong client base in the Southeast, London and the Netherlands.
In 2016 we set up our US operation in New York and are still looking to further expand our business.
We have a culture that engenders long-term relationships; we take the long view, not looking to cut corners in order to make quick wins. This mantra has developed a trust and confidence with our clients enabling us to continue to grow to a global scale.
We also highly value our relationships with our employees and hold monthly sales meetings to praise the month's top performers. We're not just looking for those who generate the highest revenue, we look for people who have shown initiative.
It is important to us that everyone enjoys a work life balance, we like to celebrate success and hard work. Holding regular social events usually involving local bars in and around Manchester's Northern Quarter.
We also have team building events, some of our past events have involved: Go Karting, Crystal Maze puzzle solving and indoor skydiving as well as occasional away days and nights.
