Our Culture - What we do
Mindbench is a specialist Recruitment and Executive Search business, focusing on the Management Consultancy sector.
We work with major consulting firms, banks, insurance companies and energy businesses that are looking to grow, as well as with a host of smart and stimulating individuals looking to develop their careers.
We pride ourselves on developing long term relationships to help professionals and businesses navigate the complex business consulting marketplace and we're recognised for the fantastic service we deliver.
We also undertake a lot of international work (in Germany, Switzerland, the Americas and Asia) thus there are opportunities for our Consultants to travel.
We have a positive and progressive environment here, offering good training, mentoring and development. Yet, we have fun too. We go to black tie awards events for our industry, which often involve gala dinners featuring celebrity presenters.
We also socialise as a company and have been on a number of trips abroad, including to Barcelona and Madrid.
We want someone to have some motivation for the financial rewards that a career in Recruitment can offer.

Richard Stewart, Founder of Mindbench
Mindbench was set up by Richard Stewart in May 2003. Richard had previously worked for leading international and UK Management Consulting firms and had extensive experience of the Financial Services and Private Equity sectors. This means that Mindbench has always had a strong understanding of the sectors in which they operate.
We attract the best Management Consultants in the industry, from the UK and internationally. We provide a high quality service and are grateful that candidates and clients refer us to their colleagues. We network extensively, speaking at and sponsoring major industry gatherings and educational events at leading business schools. In addition we host alumni events for major consulting firms.
The Management Consultancy sector is growing rapidly and so we continue to go from strength to strength. As a result, we are looking to hire even more grads this year. If it is you, we will ensure that within your first year, you learn all you need to develop into a fully-fledged recruiter. This will not only help your own career aspirations, but also our business growth; we want to meet the significant demand in the sector, here in the UK and overseas.
