MBDA are a global leader in the design and manufacture of missiles and missile systems, competing at the forefront of the Defence industry. As the prime complex weapon contractor to the UK MOD, we have some of the best minds in industry and produce some of the most sophisticated technology in Defence.
In addition to our teams working across the UK, we also have offices in France, Germany, Italy, Spain and USA which are visited by those on our Graduate Programme.
All Graduates are paired up with a 'Buddy' prior to your first day, who acts as your first point of contact to help you settle in and answer any questions you may have.
We are committed to providing continuing professional development through accredited training, set out by professional institutes, such as IMechE, IET, Institute of Physics, and the Royal Aeronautical Society, as well as a series of development events for all new graduates who join us.
