Lexington is a team of vibrant and creative individuals who deliver excellent food and service, creating an environment where people can have fun and be the best they can be at work.
We were founded in 2002 with a desire to form a business that put food and people right at the heart of the organisation, and that's exactly what we still do today.
Our values take in every step of the supply chain, all the way to the farmers who grow produce for our seasonal dishes.
As testament to our success, our client portfolio has expanded over the years to include global names alongside UK favourites, from Harley Davidson and the Royal Bank of Canada to Capital Radio and Classic FM.
We have a fabulous culture which nurtures great talent, allowing people to thrive and fulfil their potential. Thanks to a shared love of food, there is plenty of socialising outside of the office – from meals out to sampling the local ales.

Since our beginning in 2002 we have grown from strength to strength across London and the South East, and graduates can help us to grow even further.
