Our Culture - What we do

Since our beginnings in 2009, we have come a long way. From our humble roots operating out of a tiny office above a grocery store in Leicester, we now have four beautiful offices throughout the UK: Leicester, London, Birmingham and Watford.

The opportunities that we offer to graduates are exciting and fast-paced. However, we are by no means a ‘dog-eat-dog’ organisation – you will get support and encouragement from every member of the team from your first day and beyond.

We are James Andrews – a specialist Recruitment consultancy offering temporary and permanent solutions for a diverse range of sectors, including HR, Finance, IT and Education.
We understand that the Recruitment sector hasn’t always had the best press. However, it’s our aspiration to change these views across the country.
We do this by operating with honesty and integrity. We are well-known for keeping our promises and we empower our employees to deliver unrivalled services, which always maintain professionalism at the heart.
Our strategy works. We have grown rapidly in the last six years because of the reputation that we have been able to establish amongst our clients and candidates alike. We now employ over 60 people and we have a nationwide presence in England.
We continue to be driven on by our ambitious management team. Far from slowing our expansion, our aim is to triple, if not quadruple, in size over the next few years. Yet, to do this we need graduates like you – bright, ambitious individuals who we can support to grow, develop and become leaders in the industry.
