What we do
We specialise in placing the UK’s top emerging talent into jobs at exciting companies, from early-stage start-ups to disruptive scale-ups & forward-thinking large businesses.
Since being founded in 2011 by two Cambridge graduates, Instant Impact has been dedicated to showing young talent that there’s more out there than corporate graduate schemes.
iiHQ is a lively and buzzing open plan office based in London Bridge. The office is full of individuals who care about the work they do, give 100% every day, and constantly strive toward self-improvement - this means energy in the office is always high!

We're a team of magicians and poets, karaoke queens and rugby superstars - and we can't wait to see what you can add to the mix! What sets us apart is our collaborative team-centric culture.
Whether it's weekly brainstorming sessions, candidate sharing or collaborative problem-solving - your team and manager will be there every step of the way. We take every opportunity to praise each other and embrace each others successes.
What you will gain from us
We have a great commission structure where you can earn from your very first placement. There's no minimum threshold and we're here to make sure your hard work is rewarded. If you hit your monthly targets, the Directors will take you out for lunch at a swanky restaurant nearby.
There's also an opportunity to bag a place on our Big Billers Club. Once a year top performers head on an all expenses paid weekend abroad - recent trips have been to Valencia and San Sebastian - and Venice is looking likely for our next trip.
On top of that, it's important we recognise the little things as well as performance. At the end of every week, everyone has an opportunity to thank someone else who has helped them in the week - meaning all the little things you do won't go unnoticed!
