Most of our placement fees are over £10,000. The more placements you make, the more impact this will have on your earnings at the end of the month.
Everyone in the team is responsible for their own desk and business activity: we are all motivated by our financial earnings and regular bonuses.
On Friday afternoons we gather for a discussion of the week's "highs and lows", often with a glass of wine or a bottle of beer.
We like to reward the success of our team. As well as record month lunches and quarterly team nights out, top performers can enjoy an exclusively quarterly lunch club, all expenses paid, with the Directors at London's hottest locations (including The Shard).
