Our Culture - What we do
There's something very gratifying about helping lawyers, who can be quite unhappy in their jobs, to find a great new home. Not only is it rewarding to make a difference to someone’s happiness, it can also be quite lucrative.
You don't need to have a Legal background to fit in here - our Founder and CEO, John, is a double Olympian - all that matters is a passion to learn more about the Legal and Recruitment sectors.
We offer our candidates a better, more personalised service than any other Recruitment firm in London. People tell us over and over that we're not like the other Recruiters that they have dealt with. This is because we take the time to really get to know them as people – often greeting them with a hug and not a handshake.
The environment here is casual and supportive: we offer flexible working hours for anyone who wishes to use them, plus, extremely importantly, our candy machine is always kept fully-stocked.
We have just moved into some lovely new offices on the river, just off Fleet Street and near to Blackfriars station.
We don’t have a serious environment and I think that relaxed attitude to work really does get the best out of everyone.
This is a place where people are constrained only by their abilities and their ambitions... They must aspire to be the best they can possibly be.

We were founded in 2015 with the mission to be candidate-focused, recruit ethically and provide our candidates with a bespoke, concierge-level service.
What does this mean? We truly care about our candidates and make sure that they are fully prepared for the Recruitment process. We equip them all with outstanding preparatory materials and support, far above the industry standard.
We also pay higher than standard market base pay and have a generous commission scheme, which allows you to take control of your earnings.
People advance in the business based on their own merit: our Managing Director really values everyone's contributions and is always ready to implement suggested changes to our process.
We are small at the moment, but growing fast. It's a great environment to work in; everyone is friendly and very supportive. There is a lot of room to be entrepreneurial and to have fast, upward progression, especially for graduates.
