Some might say we celebrate too much, but we like to celebrate every success! Dinners, socials and champagne - opened the traditional French way with a sword - are regular occurrences here.
At the same time, we recognise that every colleague contributes to our success, so we all share in the profits.
We balance excellent design with commercial thinking to regenerate the most complex sites.
We proudly support the communities in which we work, through regenerating brownfield land and the creation of our own Goldcrest Community Award.
With the skills and flexibility to react quickly to movements in the market and local planning regimes, we often exchange contracts unconditionally in a week when others would take ten. Our combination of commercial acumen and innovative design makes us able to unlock the hidden value in land.
We have a unique approach to uncovering under-utilised, brownfield sites and producing imaginative plans that maximise regenerative impact. Our delivery of these schemes, with detailed planning permission, has created thousands of new homes and substantial commercial space over 30 years.
I'm the biggest fan of the graduate programme, having started as a graduate myself and risen to the role of Managing Director.
The graduate programme has allowed me to work on projects by myself, and see things through from beginning to end... Every single day is different.

Our graduate programme has been proven to provide unlimited progression throughout the company.
Joining us straight out of university in 2005, our very own Managing Director began on the programme and was supported through various roles to his current position.
Our rigorous & challenging structure, alongside a personalised development plan, will enable you to accelerate your career in Property Development.
We have a completely flat management structure, allowing new team members to work alongside company directors and to have an equal input into the company. Similarly, all profit is shared between everyone, as we celebrate success as a team.
