We are Gas Strategies
With over 30 years of experience in the Energy industry, we provide professional Consultancy services to government bodies and international institutions in countries across the globe.

Our Culture - What we do

We are a professional services practice that specialises in consulting for the Energy industry, providing information services alongside training and development to the world’s largest and most exciting organisations.
What makes us different is our passion for our industry, the organisations and the communities with which we work.
With a global client base, it's not uncommon for our people to travel all over the world to meet clients face to face. Going that extra mile (literally) is part of what we do.

Based in the heart of the City of London, near St Paul's Cathedral, our main office forms a hub for over 30 years of experience within the industry.
We have worked on nearly 80% of global LNG projects and we have the last journalists working in Fleet Street (despite what the BBC says).
We offer an unrivalled learning environment for graduates and a clear career path trajectory towards industry professionalism.

We are a close-knit group with a strong family-type feel, and we care about developing and growing our people into Energy industry professionals. From monthly company socials to international skiing trips, we celebrate all our successes as a team.
Our Associate model pairs our internal team with a network of ex-industry professionals, ensuring that every team member has the chance to learn and grow rapidly from very early on in their career.

I joined the company as an Analyst in 2011 and I have been promoted twice, first to Consultant and more recently to Senior Consultant.
It’s a truly international business, which gives us all the opportunity to work in multiple countries around the world.

Our Graduates - Who we are

I was given responsibilities from day one to go with the consultants and managers to attend client meetings, which is a great experience to have as a graduate.
We have a close and friendly culture, everybody is very happy to make the time to help each other: we also try and do lots of things as a group.

Our Future - Where we're going

Pat Breen, CEO of Gas Strategies
We aim to offer the best professional services in the Energy consulting industry. Energy, and gas in particular, forms the backbone to the economic and social development of countries across the world, and in turn we play a key role in this development as an organisation.
We want to facilitate change, not only within the organisation but in the communities and economies with which we work.
People development is incredibly important to us; we like to recruit people who have great ideas and enthusiasm to add to our team.
Graduates are at the heart of developing our teams, who are in turn providing support to governments and gas organisations developing the growth of energy across the globe.
