Frontline’s mission is to transform the lives of vulnerable children and families by recruiting outstanding individuals to be leaders in social work and broader society.
In the UK, half a million children don’t have a safe or stable home.
We know the power of great social work can change this.
Make a difference to those who need it most
Our two-year Leadership Development programme recruits and trains resilient, outstanding individuals, equipping them with the strength and skills needed for great social work practice. This year we are recruiting 452 participants and by 2020 there will be over 1000 Frontline alumni helping to shape the children’s services social care sector.
