We recognise the importance of continuous development and work closely with recognised Management Development Institutes in Ireland and UK to develop our graduates as Managers of the future. Many of our senior management team have themselves come through the graduate programme.
The Dunbia graduate programme is structured to provide graduates with opportunities to develop skills and gain experiences over a range of disciplines in a 2-year period. Combined with a mentor and formal training, graduates will work with passionate, talented people who will provide invaluable training on the job.
