Our team
We pride ourselves on delivering a high quality services whilst maintain a fantastic environment for our team to flourish. Our ethos is very much that a happy team equals happy clients, so we put our team at the forefront of everything we do.
Career progression
All new starters have performance reviews every 3 months, and promotions and salary increases can happen at any of these. Some of our most senior team members joined us straight from uni and that is something we are very proud of. We take development very seriously and are small enough to care and large enough to provide plenty of progression opportunities.
Our office
We are located on Rickmansworth High Street, minutes from the London Underground and also very well connected to the M25. It's a very relaxed environment, with music constantly playing and Dolly the office dog to keep us company
Social events
We have 6 organised social events per year -including a large Christmas and Summer party, interspersed with small meet ups throughout the year. People often go to the pub on a Friday after work and there is a 5 a side football team that plays against other agencies.
