If one good thing came out of the pandemic, it's the fact that it's given a lot of people the opportunity to experience remote or flexible working. With a better work/life balance, the option to work where you want, and more flexibility across your work day - hybrid working looks like it might be here to stay.

These five graduate employers are jumping ahead of the curve and offering new hires the option to work from home and/or from the office:


1. Online Community Manager and Qualitative Researcher, incling

incling is a young and fast-growing market research consultancy, based in London. As part of this role, you'll be building and monitoring online communities for a number of exciting clients. In this role as a Hilti Customer Service Representative, your key duties will include providing exceptional customer service to Hilti's customers, resolving inbound customer queries, offering solutions and building great customer relationships. All successful candidates will initially work from home until later in 2021, after which they'll move to new premises at Circle Square in Central Manchester.
