Enrol and you’ll develop an expert, practical understanding of HR during a number of placements and projects, while also getting the chance to gain experience within Arriva’s Business Change and Communications teams too. 2. Computacenter – Account Management Associate Programme

Deadline: October 2017

Looking to break into Sales? This strategic development programme is the perfect opportunity to do so within a FTSE 250 business. Over the course of 18-months, you’ll rotate around the organisation – which just so happens to be the leading independent IT infrastructure provider in Europe – strengthening your strategic thinking, Sales techniques and problem solving skills. Positions are available in London, Reading and Hertfordshire, with each location offering a £28,000 salary and a clear career path from the start.




3. The By Design Group – Graduate Programme

Deadline: 4 July 2018

This one-of-a-kind scheme will see you travelling the country, leading independent investigations for a growing company specialising in all things Legal and HR. After spending a little time building your confidence and knowledge under the guidance of experienced colleagues, you’ll be trusted to manage your own investigations – interviewing witnesses, writing up statements and gathering evidence to discover the truth in cases covering everything from disciplinary proceedings to whistle-blowing. Not only is this an exciting role, where no two days will be the same, but you’ll also get the chance to influence the direction your career takes, whether you choose to remain in Investigations or follow another route in the wider business.

5. NMPi – Graduate Account Executive

NMPi’s mission is simple: place adverts in the right place, at the right time, across web, mobile and tablets. As their graduate, you’ll run your own digital adverts (PPC, Paid Search or Programmatic Display) for big brands across a number of online destinations, including Google search, YouTube, Facebook and Instagram, while earning £22,000 plus bonuses. You’ll need to be good with numbers, and a person who is analytical and creative in equal measure, utilising your skills in all of these areas to build successful, real world campaigns.
